Our MOQ is generally 100 pieces per design for custom clothing, such as t-shirts, hoodies, shorts, joggers, tank tops, swimwear, etc. In rare cases we will accept a smaller MOQ, but that is a case-by-case basis. For custom sliders, our MOQ is 60 pieces and for custom hats, our MOQ is 30 pieces. However, the price will be significantly lower the higher the quantity. Also, higher quantity gives clients access to other accessories and factories that are used by top brands, such as Nike, Mitchell and Ness, Adidas, and others.
We do have some general info about pricing on our pricing page. We do not have set-pricing, because each and every client that comes to us has a completely unique and different concept for what they want us to custom manufacture for them. Our head office is in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Most of our production is carried out in our factory in Guangdong, China. All production is held to an American ethical and quality standard. While we do understand that many of our clients wish to have their custom products manufactured in America, this is simply not possible. Most “manufacturing” companies who claim to produce in America are actually relabelling goods that are imported. Although manufacturing in China does not have the best reputation when it comes to quality, we are able to source fabric and accessories from factories that have exclusive contracts with the world’s leading brands. These fabrics and accessories are not accessible to any other suppliers. We built our factory nearby in order to secure these exclusive connections that no other competitor has.
Our turnaround time depends on the specifications set forth by the client. Generally most productions range between 3-5 weeks, but in some cases rush orders are possible.
Our factory focuses on cutting and sewing or “cut and sew”. We can make just about any kind of custom garment or accessory, due to the flexibility of our factory. When a client makes an order, in most cases, we have the fabric made from scratch or ordered directly from a fabric mill. Then, the fabric is printed, and sewn together in our facility. All labels and tags are also applied.
